Smeetha has worked in Product Management and Marketing for brands like Ogilvy & Mather, Philips, Electrolux, and Logitech for 15+ years before founding Cashee. As someone who grew up in the UAE, she noticed little change in youth money management since her teenage years and she wanted to make a change.

As a mother of two, she finds it extremely important for kids and youth to have access to their own money management tools and to be included in the financial system from an early age. Outside of work, Smeetha enjoys fitness, running, hiking, and listening to podcasts.

Brad is a fully qualified lawyer (Barrister and Solicitor) and Chartered Accountant. Brad has spent part of his career working in Corporate Finance within PwC and KPMG and has experience working on over 100 M&A, IPO, fundraising and restructuring transactions. Brad has also held a number of senior CFO and board roles in digital banking, fintech and digital payments, working in tech companies going through a period of rapid growth and international expansion.

Brad has a personal passion for improving financial literacy and increasing levels of financial inclusion in emerging markets. As a father of two, Brad views Cashee as a necessary tool to help achieve these goals.

Gups has been in the payments industry for 25 years and has spent most of his career in the Middle East. He has worked with global and regional brands such as Visa, noon.com, Bank FAB, and DXC Technology. As a father of three boys, of which two are teens, he sees and feels the real-life need for Cashee, as it will support his boys' journeys towards financial independence. In his spare time, Gups is an avid cook, enjoys keeping fit and camping with his boys.
