Carol Glynn

I’m Carol and I am a Chartered Accountant and Finance Coach and the owner of Conscious Finance Coaching.

Before setting up my business in 2020, I spent 19 years working in corporate finance in Big 4 accounting firms and large multinationals where I held various regional head of finance positions responsible for country operations across Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia. I am also a fellow of the Irish Institute of Chartered Accountants.

I have lived in the UAE since 2009 but am originally from the midlands of Ireland. My maiden name is Mc Guinness so with that, my red hair, freckles, Irish Dancing skills and pale skin - I’m about as Irish as you get.

I left my corporate career when I felt the calling to finally take the leap and pursue my passion: helping people achieve their personal financial potential. I believe money is positive energy and love to help people grow and use it to create the life of their dreams. Through my work, I help clients gain clarity – removing financial stress, overwhelm and lack of control from their lives. I help my clients put their money behind their values by consciously using their income to live their life aligned with what matters to them most.
