What are the 3 identity verification steps in the app?
We require you to verify your identification to ensure safety and security of your profile and account, and simply to ensure you are who you say you are :)
These are the 3 ways we verify your identity in the app:
- Scan: Scanning your Emirates ID
- Tap/NFC: Tapping your Emirates ID on your phone (see video)
- Selfie: Take a selfie!
With these 3 steps we can be sure the applicant is using the correct ID to sign up and the ID matches the applicant.
