What do I do if my child has lost their Apple Pay or Samsung Pay device?
If your child’s lost their Apple Pay or Samsung Pay device, kindly click on card settings in the application and then click on freeze card: Turn OFF and the card will be deactivated.
Once they buy a new device or they find their old one, you can click on freeze card: Turn ON and the card will be reactivated.
