What do I do if my child’s Cashee card has been blocked through incorrect PIN tries at a store?
Your child can contact us at [email protected] in order to reset his PIN code, then he or she can revisit any BANK FAB ATM machine and follow the instructions when selecting the ‘set new pin’ option on the ATM screen.
We are working on improving the Set Pin functionality by giving you the convenience of doing it in the app itself in the near future.
