Will I be able to change my personal details once already registered in the app?
Once your Emirates ID is scanned, your personal details will be filled out automatically, you will not be able to modify any biographic information unless it was copied incorrectly. In that case, you can send us an email at [email protected] specifying the modification that you need, along with a screenshot of your emirates ID and one of our customer care team members will assist you.
