Started

Congratulations! You’ve got your Cashee card. Now it’s time to unlock its full potential.

1. Activate your card

Open parent app → Go to Home screen → Tap Activate card → Enter last 4 digits of card number (see back of card) → Confirm on phone call → Done!

2. Set your card PIN

Come up with a unique combination and do not share it with anyone!

Your parent can set your card PIN while activating the card. Alternatively, you can do it later through your app.

☝ Online purchases do not require a PIN. In-store tap-and-pay transactions under SAR 100 do not require a PIN to make a purchase.

Earn rewards for every referred friend!

Invite your friends to join Cashee. Every time one of them joins using your referral code, you both earn rewards from us.

Pin Number

Never expose or share your PIN with anyone. This is for your protection. You will need to enter this 4-digit code for transactions in-store (not online) above SAR 100.

CVV code

A 3-digit code at the back of your card is an important detail required for online transactions. The expiry date will also be required. Do not share these with anyone.

Card Management

Keep your card somewhere safe, like in a purse or wallet. Try not to bend, scratch, or damage the card, as this could make it unusable.

Where can I use my card?

You can use your Cashee card in stores or for online purchases where Visa is accepted.

Can I withdraw money at an ATM?

Currently, Cashee users do not have the ability to withdraw money using their Cashee cards at ATMs

Can I load money into my card via ATMs or cash deposit machines?

Currently, the only way to receive money is through your parent/guardian's Cashee accounts.

What should I do if my card is lost or stolen?

If your card is lost or suspected to be stolen, you can freeze your card instantly in the app. If you are certain that you are unable to retrieve the card, then please ask your parent to block the card and request for a replacement card. Please be aware that a replacement card may be charged for. For all our fees, please refer here.

Are there any limits on my card?

Yes, your Cashee card has certain limits on receiving and spending money set in place to comply with local regulations. To view the limits on your card.

Is there a minimum balance required on my card?

There is no minimum balance requirement on your Cashee card.

How often do I need to use my card?

You should use your Cashee card at least once every 3 months to keep it active.
